Byte launched its teledentistry platform in 2019 and has since enjoyed remarkable growth in the invisible aligner market. So far so good with my Byte experience. I am on step 10 of 14 and am completely satisfied with my results so far. I've tried other aligners, but had not been successful. Byte at night allows me to go about my normal day and use the aligners while I sleep. No need to worry about taking them out for meals and dealing with any discomfort throughout my day. Although I had not received any follow up call to see how things were going so far through the 8th set (I'm not sure if that's too be expected) Customer service was very helpful when I called in with my questions. It's been great so far. On week 15, the top aligers are coming along nicely. The bottoms had a bit of a hard time moving and got stuck on week 11 for like 20+ days. Now waiting on my new set of aligners and hopefully will be complete on schedule. The technical support has been great so far, minus having to send several emails at times to get a response ( with a bit of a delay) it's been good!

Fairly easy process, good results so far and I’m near the end of the treatment. The cost of buying another bottle of the cleaning/brightening product is expensive (1 bottle is supplied), as it didn’t last through the whole treatment.

When I first received my aligners, I was very excited to get started. The top fit perfectly, but the bottom weren't quite right. I reached out to Byte and they took excellent care to be sure that everything would be alright. They asked me to take photos of my teeth then sent me a new impression kit. My new aligners arrived a few days ago and both the top and bottom aligners are perfect! I'm so excited to see the difference in my teeth in the next several weeks. Thank you so much. Byte has been amazing from start to (I’m almost done!) finish! I still have a few trays to go on my upper teeth but oh my goodness the change!! I had a front gap which is now completely closed. Byte has changed my life and given me confidence I didn’t even know I wanted! I don’t know why I waited so long to fix my teeth.. I’m so happy I did it!
