Eargo hearing aids help wearers process and understand speech more clearly, amplifying mid and high auditory frequencies. The company's products were designed by an ENT surgeon with more than thirty years' experience in the field with thousands of patients. Products were subsequently tested by audiologists and hearing professionals before being put into production. Since wearers generally need time to readjust to the hearing audio frequencies they may have missed for years--similar to how eyes adjust to glasses or contacts--Eargo has built a team of licensed personal hearing professionals to help each client through this process.

Eargo devices are extremely discreet. They're so invisible, you truly have to look very closely to see the tiny black end of their hearing aids. Eargo is also very attentive to comfort. Their patented Flexis, made from medical-grade silicone, help their devices rest comfortably in the ear and allows natural, ambient-lost frequencies to pass through into the eardrum. Eargo's least expensive product, the Max, was named one of Time Magazine's Best Inventions of 2018. The company's newest product is the Eargo 6 with Sound Adjust, which automatically optimizes the soundscape as you move between environments. The Eargo 6 is water-resistant for up to 30 minutes at a water depth of less than one meter, and features patented, medical-grade, silicone petal tips that come in two sizes and two styles. The Eargo 6 is competitively priced when compared to traditional hearing aids at $2,950 for a pair of devices. It recharges in just 4 hours, after which it provides 16 hours of continuous use. Every Eargo customer is assigned a licensed hearing professional for assistance after receiving the device. Customers are then able to book an introductory call and subsequent support calls as needed until they feel comfortable using the device. Eargo offers two types of warranties that come standard with its products. There is a 12 or 24-month manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This will be void if the wearer modifies or damages the unit(s). Eargo also includes an uncommon loss & damage warranty which will cover devices that are lost or damaged beyond repair. In such cases, the company will send you replacements at a discounted rate.

I could not get my charger to connect with the app. One of your technicians talked me through a series of connection procedures. None of them worked. He explained how to re-boot the charger. I waited a couple of days to be certain the charger was totally discharged. Performed the re-boot procedure, and BINGO, everything hooked up. I very much enjoy using the app and the EARGO 5. Appreciate the ability to change settings. Right now I have them exactly where I want them. Every person I have talked with at ERGO have been polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I happy I switched to EARGO.

I'm almost two weeks into trying out my new ERAGO 5 hearing aids. I can hear better and I really like the simplisity of using them! I definitely would recommend them to everyone that is looking for hearing aids. Forget the battery hassle and go with these recharable hearing aids.

I am giving Eargo a very honest trial. I am hopeful but skeptical, and so far they have performed above my expectations. The initial training videos were very helpful to let me exactly what to expect. I'm about two weeks in and I am very pleased so far. The support has also been very helpful.

I have only had my hearing aids for about two weeks, but so far, this experience has been excellent! The people are punctual in all of the contacts; they are friendly, professional, and have been very helpful in getting my hearing aids working well and fitting well! The product seems to be very versatile and well made as well! The main thing I was looking for in a hearing was one that would let me hear ambient sounds, so that it didn't feel like my ears were stopped up!
