Byte Aligners! Great experience from beginning when I talked to a representative and ordered my impression kit until I got my aligners and now helping me get thru wearing them and answering all my questions. They are right on the ball with their immediate responses!
So excited to see the end result!!
The Byte customer service has been very helpful throughout the whole process. They are quick to answer you when you have questions. Love all the information they give you and how they make the whole process easy to understand. They give you all of the aligners and other things you need in a really nice, sturdy box. Their price was a lot more affordable than other aligner companies. So far, I have been really happy with my treatment and glad I decided to do it!
I am a couple weeks into the Byte experience and so far things have gone smoothly and efficiently. I have had some questions along the way and have have quick, professional responses. I feel that my teeth are in good hands and look forward to the results.

I love how the treatment time for Byte is twice as fast as any other company. I highly recommend. The customer service is amazing and are always quick to respond to my emails.
Byte took my Cigna insurance card and said they would reimburse me 50% up to $1000. Cigna has since denied my claim 2 times stating they do not cover mail in orthodontia and the reimbursement team has stopped replying to my emails. They asked me to authorize their head of reimbursement to speak on my behalf over a month ago, and he has not called me or Cigna to assist with my claim.
As far as the aligners are concerned, they work... sort of. My top teeth needed an additional set of aligners which took 4 weeks to arrive, and I am now concered they will be moved too far in the opposite direction. My bottom teeth are now more crooked then they were originally.

I was hesitant to get retainers online, I thought I’d need the human interaction and guidance that comes from face to face appointments, but Byte made the process so easy, the customer service team response in timely and very helpful. I’m glad I decide to go with them! It’s efficient, better cost, and you’ll meet your goal!
If your looking to straighten your teeth in a shorten amount of time, this is something I recommend. Personally, the night time aligners really was the best option. Having to only thinking about it at night has been a real easy for me. Watching the progression has been wonderful. Every morning I see the progress and feel the teeth moving into place. I’m so happy I decided to take the leap and fix this when I did.
Byte's system is inviting to skeptics like me, and it blew away my expectations. I'm 10 weeks in and my smile is the best it's been since I had braces as a teen! They've drifted apart now that I'm in my mid 30's, but in 8 more weeks, they'll be as straight and WHITE as they used to be. Excellent product!
I am a person who loves a pretty smile. I had braces as a kid but them bad boys shifted after awhile. Byte came across my screen and I was all for it. I followed the directions to a T when my aligners arrived and I truly have enjoyed the experience. Your teeth are sore the first few weeks from adjusting but then ya get used to that! Do it, you’ll get the smile you’ve always wanted or the one you used to have (in my case).
