Process was seamless to get started. Everyone I spoke to was supportive, helpful, knowledgeable, and followed up. The impressions were somewhat easy to complete, but it was a necessary step in the process to get the treatment plan without having to go through a dentist. All packages arrived on time and were presented elegantly in Byte branding. I'm halfway through my treatment now and looking forward to seeing the end result!

I’m just about done with the second week of my treatment and I’m so excited! The first two days were very rough as my teeth were incredibly sore but after those two days, it’s been smooth sailing. The customer service has been fantastic throughout the entire experience so far. Can’t wait to start seeing some results!

I'm on week 13 of the aligners and I definitely see results. I did have to order additional aligners for my top teeth because my one problem tooth still isn't completely straight. The company has been responsive and helpful. They even participated in a conference call with my insurance company when they kept denying my claim.
