I was mostly satisfied with this service until my dishwasher had to be replaced. I was in que to the product replacement dept 1 &1/2 hours before talking to an agent, who then supportedly ordered my new machine from GE. I was told to expect to have a 7 day wait at with time a company named darylfloodlogistics would bring it to my home and install it. I waited two weeks and called the installer to find that the machine had not yet arrived. I then waited another 10 days, still no machine. New Year's eve day my heating system quit so I called the emergency number on my thermostat and a serviceman came over to see what was wrong. He said that I needed 2 motors at a cost of $960 EACH! I told him NO Friggin Way! I then called AHS and they sent someone the very next morning and they had my system up and running again soon after. My cost that day was only the $75 service call fee! I was a customer for only 6 months but will be for life now! Thanks AHS and the boys at Doctor Cool in Las Vegas! Bob F.
Fast great service! Response time was amazing and the Tech was polite and got the problem solved. I had a garbage disposal leak.
We have been extremely happy with the program. have used it several times and it has paid for itself. Repairs/replacements were made as needed and the contractors were timely and courteous
I called during Christmas because my garbage disposal quit working. AHS sent out a plumber who has a 4.9 star rating on Yelp. The plumber arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue and said we had to replace the garbage disposal. AHS approved it and within 1 week we had a new disposal. The plumber was conscientious and very nice. Didn't take long at all to install it and it only cost the deductible! The plumber left and came back to make sure the screws were tightened! What great workmanship. Thank you AHS!!

Very content with American Home Shield - takes the stress out of finding the right contractors. They have provided fast and quality services.
The contractor came promptly upon be scheduled. He arrived, assessed the situation and work a plan of action. Tried option 1, no luck, option 2, no luck, option 3, success. All three were confirmed to me there was a excellent degree of professionalism, and he moved through the problem solving skills with ease. Excellent service!
My dryer has been broken for over 2 months. I have to drive over an hour to use a laundry mat. My husband is bedridden and I’m 75 . After waiting in parts back ordered and the the parts were wrong finally the service man said the motor is ruined . I need a replacement and soon . I’ve paid for years to this company and first time using them I want To be honored and helped from AHS.
Very knowledgeable professional polite better experience than the air conditioner service. I had yo pay $350. For what you indicated is covered. They could not get approval
